Israeli Forces Kill Rania Salama Saad in Al-Mawasi, Rafah, Amid Wider Barrage of Ceasefire Violations

Israeli soldiers shot and killed Rania Salama Saad in the al-Mawasi area of Rafah, southern Gaza, in violation reports published September 25, 2026. Overnight into early Friday, Israeli forces shelled a displaced-persons' tent in the al-Sawarha area of al-Zawayda, central Gaza, wounding several, while a drone fired two additional missiles into the same area and armored vehicles opened heavy fire north and northeast of the Bureij refugee camp.
