IDF Strikes Kill Four Hamas Nukhba Force Members in Jabalia and Khan Younis

An Israeli strike on Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza on Saturday, August 29, 2026 killed Abd al-Fatah Abu al-Eish, whom the IDF identified as a Hamas Nukhba Force commander who took part in the October 7, 2023 attack, along with a second operative, Raed Adel Mohammed Alyan. A separate strike in Khan Younis, southern Gaza, killed two more Nukhba Force members, Yasser Abu al-Khair and Mohammed al-Din. The IDF said all four had been 'advancing attacks on troops and civilians' and 'violating the ceasefire agreement.'
