Israeli Strikes Kill Four More Across Gaza City, Khan Younis, Al-Musaddar as Hospital Warehouse Struck Again

| Gaza War

In addition to the hospital-adjacent strikes reported Saturday, August 29, 2026, Israeli strikes killed at least four Palestinians elsewhere in Gaza: two in a drone strike on an electric bike in Gaza City (the military said it targeted a 'military operative'), one in a separate strike in Khan Younis, and one by gunfire in al-Musaddar village. An Israeli drone separately struck a tent functioning as a medical-supply warehouse inside the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital compound in Deir al-Balah — the second strike on the same facility within a month — wounding three; MSF said 'at time when Israeli forces are routinely targeting hospitals, it is of utmost importance that all parties respect and preserve the neutrality and protection of medical facilities.' An explosive device was also dropped near Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza. Gaza's Health Ministry said hospitals received 10 bodies over the preceding 48 hours, and the toll since the October 2025 ceasefire has risen to 1,313 killed and 4,361 injured; an estimated 4,000-5,000 Palestinians remain missing under rubble.
