UAE Aid Convoy of 195+ Tonnes of Food Enters Gaza via Humaid Air Bridge

A convoy of 15 lorries carrying over 195 tonnes of food aid from the UAE's Humaid Air Bridge campaign entered Gaza on May 21, 2026. The convoy is part of the UAE's ongoing humanitarian effort, the Humaid Air Bridge, which has been running food aid deliveries throughout the conflict. Despite deliveries like this, OCHA continues to report that aid trucks entering Gaza remain far below required levels — approximately 110/day versus the 600+ trucks needed daily. Over half of essential medicines in Gaza are reported out of stock. The World Central Kitchen has now served 360+ million cumulative meals since the conflict began.
