Police Retake Oil Facility; 80 Agreements Signed

Police regained control of the occupied oil facility, arresting eight. In the Legislative Assembly, the government and various protest sectors signed 80 partial agreements on sectoral demands. Ernesto Justiniano was appointed the new Defence Minister.
