Amazon Partners with Einride to Scale Electric Semi-Truck Fleet

Amazon has partnered with Swedish autonomous electric freight company Einride to expand its electric semi-truck fleet capacity for both last-mile and long-haul delivery operations. The deal accelerates Amazon's broader electrification of its logistics network and marks one of the largest commercial deployments of Einride's autonomous electric trucks, which operate without a cab and can be remotely monitored.
