TTP Rocket and Gun Attack on Bajaur Police Post Kills One Officer

Armed men attacked a police post in the Kohi Sar area of Bajaur district's Barang tehsil in the early hours of Friday, using rocket launchers and small arms in an exchange of fire that lasted several hours. Constable Zahir Shah died of his wounds while being transported to hospital; Head Constable Amir Zada was also wounded but reported out of danger. Police attributed the attack to Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
