US-Mexico Bilateral Negotiating Round Opens in Mexico City

Following the failed joint review, the US and Mexico began the first of several bilateral negotiating rounds in Mexico City, covering economic security, labor, agriculture, electronic payments, steel and aluminum, and automotive rules of origin, while Canada had not yet begun substantive text-based talks.
