Food Safety News reports FDA's CORE outbreak table lists seven separate active Cyclospora investigations as of Sept 3, 2026, together accounting for 11,739 cases with traceback start dates ranging from June 3 to Aug 8. The Taylor Farms de México iceberg lettuce outbreak remains by far the largest, accounting for 11,458 of the 11,739 total across 20 states; FDA has not publicly disclosed the implicated food products for the other six, smaller clusters, and as is its practice has not released patient ages or locations for them.
