Season-Wide Surveillance Tops 15,700 Confirmed Cases in 47 States

CDC's broadest surveillance figure, which includes travel-associated and unrelated domestic clusters alongside the multistate outbreak, shows more than 15,700 laboratory-confirmed cyclosporiasis cases reported since May 1 across 47 states, with roughly 11,000 additional probable cases still under investigation. This is more than 13 times the 1,180 cases the CDC recorded over the same period in 2025.
