The Dow Jones Industrial Average touched a record intraday high before closing essentially flat at 52,305.24 (-0.03%); the S&P 500 closed at 7,483.23 (-0.22%) and the Nasdaq at 26,040.03 (-0.66%). The pullback followed the strongest quarterly performance for major US indices since 2020.
