A Russian FPV drone struck a car in Shostka district, Sumy Oblast — about 44 km from the Russian border — on September 19, killing all four civilians inside: a married couple (58-year-old man and 56-year-old woman), a 45-year-old man, and a 76-year-old woman. Regional Governor Oleh Hryhorov reported the attack. Russian troops struck 18 settlements in Sumy Oblast 47 times over the day, with the FPV strike accounting for all four fatalities region-wide.
