Ukraine Hits 16 Targets Across Russia, Destroys Wildberries Warehouse, Kills 3

President Zelensky said Ukrainian forces struck 16 targets across Russia over the past day, including oil facilities, logistics hubs, airfields, a missile unit, a military enterprise, and infrastructure Moscow uses to launch attacks on Ukraine, declaring 'the war must return to where it came from.' A Wildberries logistics center in Kotovsk, Tambov Oblast (roughly 500 km southeast of Moscow) was 'completely destroyed by fire' across about 100,000 square meters, regional governor Yevgeny Pervyshov said, injuring 1 person. Ukraine's General Staff also confirmed a strike on Lukoil's NORSI oil refinery in Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, sparking a fire.
