Russian Tornado-S Rocket Strike on Izium Injures Five, Including Child

Russian forces struck Izium in Kharkiv Oblast at around 04:05 with a 300mm Tornado-S multiple-launch rocket system, injuring 5 people including a 9-year-old boy who suffered shrapnel wounds from broken glass and his 18-year-old brother who sustained a contusion. Three other adults suffered acute stress reactions. Twenty private homes were damaged. The Izium District Prosecutor's Office opened a war-crimes investigation under Article 438 of Ukraine's Criminal Code.
