Russian Shelling Kills 4, Wounds 17 in Kherson Region
Russian forces killed 4 civilians and wounded 17 others in shelling of the Kherson region. Kherson city and surrounding communities have endured near-daily Russian artillery, missile, and drone strikes from the eastern bank of the Dnipro River since Ukraine's liberation of the city in November 2022. The attacks systematically target civilian residential areas, markets, and humanitarian infrastructure. Over 400 civilians have been killed in Kherson city alone since its liberation.
