Russia Claims Strikes on Kyiv Data Center and Odessa Infrastructure

Russia claimed strikes against a data center in Kyiv and infrastructure in the Odessa region on September 26, per Le Monde's live war blog. The Russian Defense Ministry said its forces targeted the data center facility in the Ukrainian capital and energy or logistics infrastructure in the Odessa area. Ukraine has not yet confirmed damage.
