Russian Drone Strikes Kill 2, Injure 2 in Odesa Overnight

Russian drones struck Odesa and Odesa Oblast overnight into September 25 as part of a wider barrage of 295 drones and decoys launched from 18:00 on September 24 (52 jet-powered Shaheds among them; Ukrainian air defenses shot down or suppressed 267). A private residential building was hit directly and caught fire, and a postal-operator terminal and nearby warehouse facilities were also struck and burned. A 40-year-old woman and a 51-year-old man were killed; an 18-year-old was treated and released and a 32-year-old man was hospitalized in serious condition. Over 140 State Emergency Service rescuers responded, with work complicated by continuous air-raid alerts.
