Russian Banderol Missile Strike on Central Pryluky Kills 3, Injures 12
Russian forces struck the center of Pryluky, Chernihiv Oblast, with Banderol-type cruise missiles around 10:00 on September 14, hitting warehouse buildings of an agricultural enterprise and shattering windows in nearby apartment blocks. Three people were killed, including Oleksandr Shket, a prosecutor with the Pryluky District Prosecutor's Office, and the injury toll rose to 12 as more casualties were confirmed. Chernihiv regional prosecutors opened a war-crimes investigation into the strike.
