Ukraine's GUR Strikes Slavyansk-on-Kuban and Nizhnekamsk Refineries, Igniting Major Fires

Ukraine's Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) said its drones struck two major Russian petrochemical hubs overnight into September 13: the Slavyansk-ECO oil refinery in Slavyansk-on-Kuban, Krasnodar Krai (previously hit in June), and the Nizhnekamsk industrial cluster in Tatarstan, home to Tatneft's TANECO refinery, TAIF-NK and the Nizhnekamskneftekhim synthetic rubber plant roughly 1,500 km from Ukraine. Both strikes ignited large fires, with the Tatarstan blaze visible for dozens of kilometers. GUR said the operation was carried out jointly by two intelligence units with Ukraine's Defense Forces. Ukraine's General Staff separately reported cumulative Russian personnel losses of approximately 1,506,900 through September 13, including about 1,520 over the prior 24 hours. No map coordinates are plotted for the Nizhnekamsk strike as the target lies far outside this tracker's Ukraine-theater map bounds.
