Ukraine Hits 66 Russian Targets Overnight, Including Rostov Rocket-Fuel Plant and a MiG-29

Ukrainian drones struck 66 targets across Russia and occupied territory overnight into August 24, commander Robert 'Madyar' Brovdi said. Targets included three Ozon logistics warehouses in Dagestan, Stavropol Krai, and Adygea (Ozon shares fell 12% after the strikes); the Kombinat Kamenskiy defense-industrial plant in Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, Rostov Oblast, which produces solid rocket fuel for Uragan, Smerch, and Tornado-S multiple-launch rocket systems; a MiG-29 fighter jet near Dolotinka, Rostov Oblast; four radar systems; a SOBR special police base in occupied Strilkove, Kherson Oblast; energy facilities in occupied Ukrainian territory; and two Russian 'shadow fleet' vessels in the Black Sea. Debris from an intercepted Ukrainian drone struck a childcare center in Krasnodar, killing 2 children and injuring 9 others, according to Russian officials.
