Russia struck the Solnechnaya Galereya shopping mall in Kryvyi Rih — President Zelensky's hometown in Dnipropetrovsk region — with multiple drones on the afternoon of August 21 in what Ukrainian officials called a 'double-tap' attack: a second drone hit the same building roughly 30 minutes after the first strike, as firefighters and medics were already working the scene.
