Ukraine's 15-Weapon Strike Damages Four Russian Warships at Novorossiysk, Halts Grain Terminals

President Zelensky confirmed Ukraine used 15 domestically produced missile, aerial-drone, and naval-drone systems — including Palianytsia jet-powered drones, Neptune cruise missiles, and unmanned naval systems — in a coordinated overnight strike on Russia's Novorossiysk naval base, its last major Black Sea Fleet stronghold after Crimea became untenable. Ukraine's General Staff said two Project 11356 frigates (including the Admiral Makarov), a large landing ship, and a corvette sustained damage. The strike also disabled two grain export terminals with a combined 8.5 million ton annual capacity, prompting Russian authorities to declare a state of emergency and cut water service to the port city's 260,000+ residents.
