Ukraine Strikes Ust-Luga Port 4th Consecutive Night; Destroys 3 Russian Tornado-S MLRS Systems
Ukrainian drones struck Russia's Ust-Luga Baltic export hub for the fourth consecutive night on March 29, triggering fresh fires at the major fertilizer, oil, and coal export facility. Russia's regional governor confirmed new damage. Separately, Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces destroyed 3 BM-30 Smerch/Tornado-S multiple rocket launcher systems plus a transport-loader vehicle at a Russian MLRS base overnight March 28–29. Ukrainian drones also struck fuel storage tanks in Russian-occupied Luhansk territory. In Belgorod, Russia, a drone strike killed 1 civilian in the border city of Grayvoron. Russia's air defenses reported intercepting 155 Ukrainian drones in Russian airspace overnight. The cumulative Ust-Luga and Primorsk Baltic port campaign has now reportedly disrupted up to 40% of Russian oil export capacity since commencing on March 23.
