Ukrainian Strike Sinks Russian Flagship Moskva

Ukraine struck and sank the Moskva, flagship of Russia's Black Sea Fleet, using two Neptune anti-ship missiles developed by Ukraine. The ship — which had been involved in the Snake Island standoff — sank while being towed to port. Russia claimed a fire and explosion had caused the sinking.
