Russia Suspended from UN Human Rights Council
The UN General Assembly voted 93-24 with 58 abstentions to suspend Russia from the Human Rights Council in response to the Bucha massacre and other documented atrocities. Russia called the vote 'illegitimate.' The suspension was the second in UNHRC history (after Libya in 2011).
