Pentagon Misses Deadline on 46 Classified UAP Videos; House Oversight: 'How Convenient'

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL), Chair of the House Oversight Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, had sent a March 31 letter to Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth demanding 46 specific classified UAP videos by April 14. The Pentagon missed the deadline entirely and had not responded until Luna's office reached out directly. Luna stated: 'No one from the Pentagon had responded until we reached out, and it appears that someone did not pass the letter to the appropriate authorities. How convenient.' The 46 requested videos — referenced in whistleblower testimony at the September 9, 2025 House Oversight hearing — include footage of spherical objects over Afghanistan, cigar-shaped craft, Tic Tac-style encounters, transmedium vehicles, UAP formations near Iran and Syria, and incidents near U.S. military bases. Investigative journalist Jeremy Corbell had shared specific file locations with Congress. Luna stated: 'We are not waiting for a briefing.'
