TSMC July Sales Hit Record NT$467.58B, Up 44.7% YoY on 2nm AI Chip Demand
TSMC reported consolidated July 2026 sales of NT$467.58 billion (US$14.51 billion), a new monthly record surpassing June's previous high of NT$442.68 billion, and up 44.7% year-over-year. The company attributed the jump to strong global demand for advanced chipmaking processes, particularly its 2-nanometer node, which entered commercial production and carries a higher price tag. The July result puts TSMC ahead of its own full-year guidance; the company projects Q3 2026 revenue of US$44.6-45.8 billion, which would imply new monthly sales records again in August and September. For full-year 2026, TSMC forecasts revenue growth of slightly more than 40% in US dollar terms — TSMC's second upward revision of the year following its Q2 2026 earnings report (July 16), which also included a $100 billion additional Arizona investment commitment.
