Korea Disaster Relief Team Arrives in Nepal, Joins Search for 9 Missing Koreans
A 44-member Korea Disaster Relief Team, including 37 personnel from the National Fire Agency plus Foreign Ministry and KOICA officials, landed in Kathmandu aboard a South Korean Air Force KC-330 tanker and moved to the Upper Trishuli-1 hydropower plant site in Ramche, Rasuwa District, to join the search for nine South Korean nationals missing since flooding and landslides struck the Nepal-Tibet border area on August 26.
