Bahamas, Belize, Guatemala, Jamaica and Chile formalize accession

In the weeks following the founding summit, the Bahamas, Belize, Guatemala, Jamaica and Chile (under President José Antonio Kast) completed formal accession to the coalition, bringing total membership toward 18 as coordination mechanisms under SOUTHCOM's Joint Interagency Task Force-South began to stand up.
