Ukraine strikes Ilsky oil refinery in Krasnodar region

Ukrainian forces struck the Ilsky oil refinery in Krasnodar Krai, southern Russia — a target distinct from the Perm and Novoshakhtinsk refineries hit in the preceding days' strikes. The Ilsky refinery (Ilskoye NPZ) in Seversky District processes crude oil for the southern Russian market and is one of several Krasnodar-region facilities within Ukraine's extended-range drone reach.
