Nizhnekamsk drone strike kills 13 in deadliest attack in two years

A large-scale Ukrainian drone strike on industrial and civilian sites in Nizhnekamsk, Tatarstan killed at least 13 people and wounded dozens, according to regional authorities — the deadliest single strike of the deep-strike campaign in two years, again targeting the Taneco refinery complex.
