Governor Kundi says CM Afridi and Speaker Swati are under house arrest, 'in safe hands'

On Geo News' Jirga, KP Governor Faisal Karim Kundi said Chief Minister Sohail Afridi and Assembly Speaker Babar Saleem Swati were under house arrest, to be charged if cases exist or released if not. Afridi has not been seen since Oct 11; his brother and Swati's cousin separately petitioned the Peshawar High Court to locate them. Kundi called the emergency the 'absolute last option' and said it may run longer than six months.
