PHC issues notices on KP governor's rule petitions, adjourns to Nov 10

A two-member Peshawar High Court bench (Justices Ijaz Anwar and Muhammad Faheem Wali) issued notices to the federal and KP governments on petitions challenging the Oct 11 emergency and governor's rule, and adjourned the hearing until Nov 10.
