PHC fixes Oct 20 hearing on petitions against KP emergency

The Peshawar High Court scheduled Oct 20 to hear the petitions against the emergency and governor's rule, including the one by the TTAP alliance. Petitioners argue Article 234 procedure was not followed and that rule was not imposed in Balochistan despite attacks.
