PTI chairman Gohar challenges KP emergency in Peshawar High Court

PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan petitioned the Peshawar High Court to annul the Oct 11 presidential proclamation. Separate petitions were filed by NDM leaders Mohsin Dawar and Bushra Gohar and by a lawyer seeking suspension of governor's rule.
