Troops Rescue Two More Abductees in Askira/Uba, Borno

Troops of the 115 Task Force Battalion, conducting ongoing search-and-rescue operations in Askira/Uba LGA, Borno State, rescued two additional abductees from a terrorist hideout on July 7. The operation also recovered ₦1.2 million in cash suspected to be proceeds of criminal activity, along with food items and logistics believed to have supported terrorist operations — part of the sustained clearance push in the area following the May 15 school abduction wave.
