Junta Aircraft Bomb Myo Kone Village in Shwegu Township, Killing Three Civilians

Myanmar military aircraft bombed Myo Kone village, Shwegu Township, Kachin State, around 7:00 p.m. on September 18, 2026. Three civilians were killed at the scene and at least 10 others were injured. The strike came days after a separate junta airstrike killed at least 17 KIA Battalion 12 fighters elsewhere in Shwegu Township on September 17.
