Eleventh and Twelfth Airspace Breaches: Two Drones Cross Moldova in a Single Morning
During a fresh Russian aerial attack on Ukraine's Odesa region on the morning of September 14, two separate drones crossed into Moldovan airspace. The first entered at 10:33 near the village of Palanca in Ștefan Vodă district, coming from the direction of Maiaky, Ukraine, penetrating roughly 500 metres before returning to Ukrainian airspace one minute later at 10:34. A second drone crossed the border at 11:09 near the village of Ciuburciu, tracking toward Pervomaisc in the Transnistrian-administered sector before exiting Moldovan airspace at 11:19 near the Ukrainian border village of Kuchurhan, continuing toward Stepove, Ukraine. Both crossings were verified by Moldova's Border Police and Ukraine's State Border Guard Service; no debris fell on Moldovan territory and no casualties were reported. They mark the eleventh and twelfth confirmed Moldovan airspace breaches since August 9.
