Presidential Truth Commission Established

President AMLO signed a decree creating the Ayotzinapa Truth and Access to Justice Commission. Alejandro Encinas was designated as Undersecretary of Human Rights and head of the Commission. The GIEI was reinvited to resume its work. The Commission was tasked with establishing truth, identifying remains, and prosecuting those responsible.
