Israeli Strikes Hit al-Mansouri, Sarbin; Shelling Sparks Litani River Fires

Israeli air strikes targeted al-Mansouri and the town of Sarbin in southern Lebanon, Lebanon's National News Agency said, while continuous Israeli artillery shelling ignited fires along the Litani River and in the Marjayoun plains near Deir Mimas that Lebanese civil defense crews struggled to contain. Lebanon's Health Ministry said the cumulative death toll from Israeli attacks since March 2, 2026 had reached 4,350, with at least 12,310 people wounded.
