A group of Israeli settlers stormed the village of Deir Jarir, east of Ramallah in the central West Bank, on Sunday evening, September 13, 2026, opening live fire toward Palestinian homes in what residents described as an attempt to intimidate them; local youths responded, leading to skirmishes.
