World Central Kitchen Driver Shot Dead Delivering Aid Near Kerem Shalom Crossing

Ahmad Nasser Saleem, a driver for a World Central Kitchen partner logistics company, was shot dead with his hands raised while transporting humanitarian aid from the Karem Abu Salem (Kerem Shalom) crossing to a WCK warehouse in Gaza. WCK said 'humanitarian aid deliveries should never be a target' and called for a full Israeli accounting of the killing. His father said he had been shot 'between the eyes' while on his way to 'bring food for the children.'
