Iran Launches Biggest Missile Barrage in Three Weeks on Passover; Bnei Brak Struck, 10 Injured

| Israel-Palestine

Iran launched approximately 10 ballistic missiles at Israel on April 1 — Day 33 of the US-Israel war on Iran — in the largest single salvo in three weeks, timed to coincide with the beginning of Passover. Israeli Army Radio reported most missiles carried cluster munitions. At least one missile struck Bnei Brak (a dense ultra-Orthodox city adjacent to Tel Aviv), injuring 10 people including a girl in critical condition who was airlifted to Sheba Medical Center. Arrow 2/3 and David's Sling batteries were activated; most missiles were intercepted but at least one impact was recorded. Cumulatively since February 28, Iran has fired 500+ ballistic missiles at Israel; at least 10 Israelis have been killed and dozens injured. Iran's firing rate has declined from ~90/day on Day 1 to ~10–15/day amid US-Israeli suppression of Iranian launch infrastructure. Amnesty International condemned Iran's use of cluster munitions against residential areas as 'a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law.' On the same day, Trump posted on Truth Social claiming Iran's president had requested a ceasefire; Iran's foreign ministry immediately denied this as 'false and baseless.'
