Pezeshkian Tells UN Iranians Are 'Victims of Terrorism,' Cites Minab School Strike

In a defiant UN General Assembly address a day after Trump threatened to 'annihilate' Iran, President Masoud Pezeshkian rejected the 'number one sponsor of terror' label and said Iranians are instead 'victims of terrorism,' accusing the US and Israel of stoking global instability through illegal attacks on Iranian civilians and infrastructure. He cited the strike on an elementary school in Minab, saying it killed more than 150 people including over 120 children, and said Iran would fight 'until our last breath' while remaining open to genuine negotiation.
