IDF Conducts Overnight Strikes on Beirut Southern Suburbs

The IDF conducted overnight airstrikes on Beirut's southern suburbs (Dahiyeh) and the Deir al-Zahrani area in south Lebanon. Lebanese journalists from Al Manar TV and Al Mayadeen were killed in an IDF strike in south Lebanon; Lebanese President Joseph Aoun condemned the strikes in a statement calling for international intervention. Lebanon's cumulative death toll from the conflict rose to 1,142+ including 130+ children and more than 1 million displaced. IDF is maintaining a declared 30km security zone to the Litani River and continues to conduct strikes on Hezbollah infrastructure in southern Lebanon and the Beirut periphery.
