Lebanon Death Toll Rises to 570; 750,000 Displaced as Israeli Strikes Continue

Lebanon's government disaster management office reported the death toll from Israeli strikes on Hezbollah positions surpassed 570 by March 11, including 83 children, with more than 750,000 people displaced. France called for an emergency UN Security Council meeting on Lebanon, condemning Hezbollah for joining the war while calling on Israel to 'refrain from any land-based or long-term interventions in Lebanon.' France offered the Lebanese government full support.
