Iran Parliament Speaker Rules Out Ceasefire; IRGC Says Iran Decides When War Ends
Iran's parliament speaker Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf said Iran is 'definitely not looking for a ceasefire,' while IRGC spokesman Ali Mohammad Naini declared 'Iran will determine when the war ends.' Ali Larijani appeared to directly threaten Trump on X: 'Iran doesn't fear your empty threats. Even those bigger than you couldn't eliminate Iran. Be careful not to get eliminated yourself.' Iran's Foreign Minister Araghchi told CNN Tehran would continue attacking Gulf countries and that the war would end only through 'economic pain.' Meanwhile, Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister Gharibabadi confirmed that China, Russia, and France had contacted Tehran about a possible ceasefire, but Iran insists all attacks must stop first.
