Internet monitoring groups reported severe bandwidth throttling across Iran's major cities, with mobile data speeds dropping to near-unusable levels. Instagram and WhatsApp were completely blocked. NetBlocks recorded connectivity at approximately 15% of normal levels in Tehran and below 10% in protest hotspots like Kermanshah and Lorestan.
