Economic protests expanded to 17 of Iran's 31 provinces. In Hamedan City, tear gas was deployed and clashes erupted on Boali Street in the southern districts. Demonstrators chanted slogans against both the economic situation and the political establishment. Social media videos showed large crowds in Kermanshah, Shiraz, and Mashhad.
