TRE-4 Online Registration Finally Opens, Single-Stage Exam Set for Sep 22–27

Nearly three weeks after formally postponing the exam to rework its format, the Bihar Public Service Commission opens online registration for Teacher Recruitment Examination 4.0 at bpsc.bihar.gov.in, confirming the single-stage, pen-and-paper format Chief Minister Choudhary conceded to on Aug 27. The commission lists 33,385 vacancies across primary, middle, secondary and higher-secondary posts — up from the original 32,388 after adding 111 music-teacher positions — with the written exam itself scheduled for Sep 22–27, 2026 and results expected in November.
